Senior Superintendent of Police, Jayantha Jayasinghe, has been appointed director of the Minister’s Security Division [MSD] with effect from Monday, police headquarters said.

SSP Jayasinghe was earlier in charge of Prime Minister Sirimavo Bandaranaike’s security.
