BADULLA: Power failures in the nights in Badulla town for the last one month are causing a lot of hardships to shops, hospitals, factories, night workers and school children.

Nobody is worried of this menace and we have no one to complain to, some senior government officials said.

Parents complain that OL students are unable to revise their lessons in the nights due to the power failures.

Hospital indoor patients are the most affected.
