Mother and son seek help for heart surgery P. M. Sunethra Nilanthi and her son D. G. Uthsuka Manoj Jayatunga of Samangirigama, Dehiowita, both suffering from heart disease have been advised by Dr. U. C. Kumarage of Sri Jayawardenapura hospital to undergo surgery.

C. P. Ratnapala, husband and father of the two says he is unable to meet the cost of the surgery amounting to Rs. 300,000 and seeks public assistance.
