At the Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a fabulous Sri Lankan food promotion took centre stage from February 5 to 16. The Sri Lankan High Commissioner and former Chairman of Hotel Developers Lanka Ltd, owning company of Hilton Colombo, Daya Liyanage who drove this project, hosted the Sri Lanka Independence Day reception at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton recently with food prepared by Hilton Colombo.

From the Hilton Kuala Lumpur the chefs move to Hilton Kuching where more Sri Lankan delicacies were created.
