This is the umpteenth time that the above subject matter has appeared in the press and it beats our understanding why the authorities concerned are deaf to this appeal.

Is it sheer crass conduct of denying a reply, or is it that alliance is golden? In this instance silence is a just part of efforts to escape responsibility towards the tax payer who has abided by the law in paying the fees on time. Please grant us at least the courtesy of a reply.
