Which Party is responsible for setting in place an economic system that has now permitted BMW’s (or any other car for that matter) to be given out as gifts or prizes in this third world country?

We are by any count one of the twenty poorest nations. Food prices are beyond belief, our education system is in ruins, hospital and medical services a joke, decent housing beyond the reach of most citizens and road and rail transport in shambles. In short, life for those earning an honest living is impossible but the lotteries give luxury cars as prizes and recently in Insurance Co. gives a BMW as a reward.

Are Insurance Companies earning windfall profits by basing their premiums on Indian Life Expectancy figures? Shouldn’t the government regulatory authorities look into this? Are the people being milked to give out such prizes?
