LB celebrates its 30th anniversary

A new epoch began in the history of Sri Lankan personal banking on May 30,1971, LB Finance (LB) opened its doors to the 'world' with its provisions for credit, deposits and leasing, a press release said.

Since then, it has been no 'looking back' for a Company obsessed with customer satisfaction. Sustained by the vision to contribute to the quality of life experienced by its depositors, customers and employees, LB has striven to widen its range of services from leasing to real estate, pawn broking and flexible banking operations.

Today, LB has reached a milestone in its journey-the culmination of 30 years of fruitful service. Growth it has achieved with strength, stability and integrity. Its ever widening depositor base and support to thousands of customers, partners and entrepreneurs has given it strength yet unchallenged.

Effortlessly, LB has crossed the Rs one billion deposit mark, confirming the mark of stability it has imprinted on its operations.
