The third group of Executive Staff of Ansell Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd., participated in an "Adventure Challenge" Outward Bound training programme conducted by the Sri Lanka Business Development Centre in collaboration with Outward Bound Trust of Sri Lanka at Dambulu Oya recently, says a press release.

They participated in activities such as build-a-raft, rock climbing & abseiling, games on building trust, leadership and team problem solving. This was an integrated training programme to develop the self-confidence, team spirit & leadership qualities in the practical sense and relate them to the work environment.

Qualified instructors guided the participants through the programme. The instructors at the end of each game and activity did the debriefing and the Management Consultant counselled them on its applicability to work life.
