The Lions Club of Havelock Town in association with the other Clubs in District 306A is organising to send a few lorry loads of dry rations to the remote villages in the Hambantota District on Saturday, September 8. The members of the Lions Club of Havelock Town appeal for help in this hour of need. The club has already set up a collecting centre at Asokaramaya Temple, Thimbirigasyaya, Colombo 5. Cash donations and donations of dry rations and medicines are most welcome. Collection Center is open from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. each day up to 7th September.
