The highlight of the moring, organised by the Lions Club of Colombo Regent, will be the fashion show "Ethnic Elegance; which will showcase the collection from Mano Caderamanpulle. Although called ‘Ethnic Elegance, on the catwalk will be range of high fashion wear from a opening line in saree, titled the ‘Jewel Collection’, featuring hand painted, appliqued and beaded sarees in a kaleidoscope of colours andone of a kind designs.

The second segement ‘Ice is a range of salwars, churridars and other ethnic wear in soft pastel colours, beaded and sequinned for glamourous eveing wear. The final section will consist of evening dresses which will be the pride of any woman, and is bound to turn heads by the cut and style and the exquisite embroidery done in dazzling sequins and beads. The fashion on the ramp modelled by some of the will known models and also by some new faces, is bound to be a big draw at the event and promises to be a couturier statement of fashion.
