Two more stock broking companies opened branch offices at the Matara Investor Services Centre (ISC), says a press release. Currently, only two broking companies operate branch offices at the ISC. MMBL Phillip Stockbrokers and HNB Stockbrokers have been associated with the ISC since its inception in 1999. MMBL however has been maintaining a branch office in Matara since 1992. From this month, SC Securities (Pvt) Ltd. and DP Global Securities (Pvt) Ltd. have established branch offices at the ISC. It is expected that with the addition of two more stock broking companies, the activity at the Matara ISC will increase.

The ISC at Matara has seen increased activity in the recent past with increased levels of turnover. The following will operate branch offices at the ISC. MMBL Phillip Securities Ltd., HNB Stockbrokers (Pvt) Ltd., SC Securities (Pvt) Ltd. and DP Global Securities (Pvt) Ltd.
