Is there anyone who is not a Minister?

I was reading the list of Cabinet Ministers, ministers and deputy ministers of new Sri Lankan government.

I am surprised by the fact that it not only duplicates the responsibilities of these men (by the way there is only one woman), but it seems almost impossible to govern any department that these men would control.

We have seen in recent years that no two Sri Lankan politicians can talk to each other in a civilized manner let alone governing a department. How would Sri Lankans expect to get anything done by this large number of Bandas, Lebbes and Pillais shooting at each other (I mean literally and figuratively) on the Street of Colombo.

When will Sri Lanka political leaders are going to learn anything from rest of the world? People of Sri Lanka are going to suffer for another fifty years for their leaders selfish and undisciplined conduct, and too bad no body really cares about.
