Masses cannot be always fooled

We have come to the end of yet another election, which was marred by violence, murder, thuggery etc. Politicians from both the major parties tried their utmost to distort the truth and utter lies deliberately to grab votes. Many attempts were made to sling mud at each other by using false propaganda. However the masses were not easily duped by these tactics of corrupt politicians. The people were capable of sifting facts from fiction.

The outcome of the recently concluded elections is a clear indication that the people can no more be deceived. The voters have to be commanded for having made a wise decision.

They have really rejected perpetrators of violence. It was Abraham Lincoln, who said, "You can fool some of the people all the time, and all the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time".

Let these words of wisdom be remembered by all politicians of today if they really want to continue in politics and win the admiration and respect of voters.
