Royal College, Colombo, will hold its 7th annual Inter School Chess Tournament from August 17-19th at the College Hall. Over seventy schools from all parts of the island are expected to participate in this tournament, including Jaffna Hindu College. This is the first time in almost two decades that a school from Jaffna is taking part in a tournament of this kind.
