1. What sort of a person would you say you are?

Really, I’m very warm, humble and kind.

2. Is there anything you dislike about yourself?

Very little, in fact. Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about myself. All I can say is that I don’t fancy publicity - too much of it, that is! And I don’t like to pose for photographs! Don’t ask me how I’m doing it for the Page 3 Girl feature. Maybe because I enjoy reading the Island.

3. Where were you educated?

I studied at the Colombo International School upto my A/Levels and then went to the UK - to the Bristol University.

4. Are you employed?

Yes. I’m a doctor at the Bristol University and I love my work.

5. What’s the most exciting experience you have had?

Living in London, I would say and meeting guys and gals. London is always full of excitement. I love the place.

6. Your first date?

No, I haven’t experienced it as yet. The reason is I love having lots of friends and I wouldn’t want to make any commitments just yet. Right now I enjoy the company of my friends.

7. Are you superstitious?

No way.

8. Are you religious?

Sure, I am. And I also respect all religions.

9. Does anything make you particularly happy?

The greatest happiness I get is when I am back home with my family members in Sri Lanka. I miss them a great deal when I am in London, so I always look forward to those trips to good old Colombo.

10. What is important to you in a guy - looks or personality?

I would most certainly go for personality.

11. Can you describe your favourite type of guy?

I would see him as being educated, kind and understanding. A good education is important, especially nowadays when everything is so competitive.

12. How do you like to see a guy dressed?

Casual outfits would be fine, but he’s got to wear kits that would give him that smart look.

13. How do you like to dress?

I generally go for simplicity, but whatever I wear I make sure that its elegant.

14. Describe your ideal vacation?

A trip back home to Sri Lanka. And when I’m in town, I just love going to the gym, relaxing and to be free.

15. Have you any time-consuming hobbies?

I read a lot, I swim and I go to the gym. They are time-consuming to a certaint extent, but these hobbies (if I may put it that way), have brought me great benefits.

16. What kind of people do you enjoy being with?

I prefer the company of honest, kind and sincere folks.

17. How do you relax?

At the poolside, where I find myself kind of carefree ... and generally stress-free as well.

18. Who are your favourite recording stars?

To be honest, I don’t go for names. It’s the music that counts where I am concerned. I love to listen to songs that are sung well.

19. Favourite radio station?

In my profession, I have very little time to listen to the radio.

20. Future plans?

Well, let’s say to specialise in gynaecology, neurology or cardiology. And I’m certainly working towards my goal.
