Anatoly Karpov Chess Club’s All Island Age Group Chess tournaments will be conducted on a provincial basis as follows:-

Central Province in Kandy, Western Province in Colombo, Southern Province in Galle, Sabaragamuwa Province in Balangoda, North Western Province in Kurunegala, Uva Province in Badulla, North Central Province in Hingurakgoda and Eastern Province in Trincomalee.

The Sabaragamuwa Province tourney will be held at Balangoda Sri Buddhajayanthi Central College from August 21 to 23. Those willing to participate should meet Tourney Director Pradeep Dharmasena at the venue at 8.30 a.m.

The Southern Province tourney is scheduled from August 23 to 25 at Southlands College, Galle. Those willing to participate should meet Tournament Director D. D. W. Jayawardena at the venue at 8.30 a.m.
