SELVARATNAM — EUNICE NESSAMAH (nee Niles), safe in the arms of Jesus. (Retired teacher Methodist College, Colombo). Beloved wife of S. C. Selvaratnam (Retired Executive Officer, N. Vaithilingam & Co. and Ceylon Galvanizing Industries), loving mother of Dr. Vasanti Sandrasagra (London), Neilkumar Selvaratnam (Brisbane), and Dr. Shirabdi Jacob (London), sister of late Gladston Niles, late Mrs. Ellerene Benedict and of Mrs. Patricia Lawton, mother-in-law of Dr. Harry Sandrasagra, Princess Selvaratnam and Shanthakumar Jacob, precious grandmother of Madhurika, Sabrina, Sadhana and Satish, passed away peacefully on the 2nd of December. Remains lie at A. F. Raymond’s Funeral Parlour, 115, D. S. Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 8, from Sunday 5th December 3.00 p.m. onwards. Funeral service will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Monday 6th December. Thereafter cremation at General Cemetery Borella at 4.00 p.m. (Crematorium).
