The three-member Commission to Investigate allegations of Bribery and Corruption (CIABOC) is now functional, a media release issued from the President's Office said yesterday.

President Chandrika Kumaratunga has appointed former Supreme Court Judge Amir Ismail to hed the Commission. The other two members of the Commission are former Supreme Court Judge P. Edussuriya and retired IGP Indra de Silva, the release added.
