Galileo Product Solutions Day is designed to help travel industry professionals learn and understand how to apply end-to-end solutions that incorporate Galileo products. The seminars are intended for management and travel consultants of outbound travel management companies.

The unique event will consist of two segments, thought provoking workshops are conducted by resource persons from Galileo International based in Langley UK, and from the Dubai regional offices with live demonstrations of the same solutions in trade show fashion. The facilitators will share their views on many of the exciting solutions that are available for achieving success as outbound travel management services organizations in Sri Lanka.

Galileo International made a USD 60 million investment in its Fares Product in 2004, and this event will enable users to learn benefits that can be derived out of that investment. A process management workshop will guide users through the fulfillment, information management and quality control scenarios. This will help the Sri Lankan Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to benefit from the extensive expertise of the resource personnel who have helped Multi National Travel Management Service Organizations in Europe to achieve higher productivity levels.

Sri Lanka Galileo has increased its local content with a travel insurance product through Ceylinco Insurance. This was a key requirement in travel to Europe is now obtainable by the traveller directly from their travel agent, and this product will also be showcased at the event.
