A one day training programme
titled ‘Towards a positive tomorrow’ will be held at the Ceylon
Continental Hotel, Colombo on 14 September 2006. The programme
is facilitated by the well known inspirational trainer Dhammika
Kalapuge. This programme is targeted at all levels of personnel
dealing with customers, both internal and external. It is his
vast experience in the field of customer service excellence that
makes him reiterate ‘happy employees make happy customers’. This
interactive session is full of true stories that the
participants experience in their day-to-day life.
