Training programme on customer dealings
A one day training programme titled ‘Towards a positive tomorrow’ will be held at the Ceylon Continental Hotel, Colombo on 14 September 2006. The programme is facilitated by the well known inspirational trainer Dhammika Kalapuge. This programme is targeted at all levels of personnel dealing with customers, both internal and external.
