Assistant Secretary of State Richard Boucher, Ambassador for Central and South Asian Affairs, is on a two-day visit to Colombo. He is scheduled to have a series of meetings in Colombo but the highlight will be a visit to Trincomalee where he is scheduled to meet the service top brass, government officials and civic leaders.
