For over a year I have noticed that letters addressed to me have not reached me. Also, the letters sent by me have not reached the addresses. But the strange thing is that all telephone, water bills and commercial phamphlets arrive regularly. Time was when a letter posted on any day reached the addressee the following day. Are we moving forward or backwards?
