Ambalantota: The Kalutara General Hospital
will be developed under an accelerated programme, the Ministry
of Health and Nutrition source revealed.
The entire project is estimated to cost nearly
Rs. 500 million.
The hospital caters to a large number of
patients in Kalutara district and its outskirts.
The building where judicial medical examination are held and
the orthopedic surgical unit are among the buildings that would
be renovated under the development programme.
