  • Palihakkara appointed to UN advisory panel

    UN sources in New York report that UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon has invited former Foreign Secretary of Sri Lanka H. M. G. S. Palihakkara to be a member of the Secretary General's Advisory board dealing with arms control and related international security matters.
