
The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka signed an agreement with
Dhrama Creators Limited recently for the construction of an
apartment complex at Pellawatta Road, Nugegoda. Eshana de Silva
and Upali Samaraweera, Members of the Board, signed the
agreement on behalf of the BOI.
Emerald Towers - Nugegoda, a BOI approved project, is
expected to add sparkle to the skyline of Nugegoda. The
apartment complex is an investment of US$ 30 million.
The ten-storeyed apartment complex will consist of 50 high
residential full luxury apartments. The 50 apartments will be
designed in six different designs. This luxury residential
apartment complex will cater to the housing requirements of the
high income sectors. The complex will also include a swimming
pool and a gym.
Chairman of the Dharma Group Subash Dharmadasa said: "The
apartments will be spacious, stylish and elegantly designed.
They would be sturdily built to provide confidence and comfort
."

technology knowledge to withstand the test of time. Emerald
