Business & Social Etiquette
The word ‘etiquette’ has evolved, but in many
ways it still means that you should remain within the flexible
boundaries of civil behaviour while allowing relationships to
grow. It lets us present ourselves with confidence and authority
in all areas of our professional and personal life.
The Association for International Standards (AIS),
affiliated to the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, continuing its
efforts to introduce best practices, will host a Seminar on
"Business & Social Etiquette" conducted by Ms. Dila
