I read with great interest today your front page Editorial on the idea of rotating the Chief Minister’s post in the EP. Excellent! I would like to share the following with you.

1. The period of the Council is 60 months – to be divided amongst the 3 communities on the basis of each community’s numerical strength in the whole Province.

2. Each community proposes its choice for Chief Minister – by secret ballot.

3. Finally, the 3 elected Chief Ministers will govern in the order chosen by lottery.
