KANDY – The cremation of the Central Provincial Council Member Mahinda Wijesiri takes place at Wattegama on Saturday (28).

The venue will be the Wattegama public playground. Cremation will take place at 2 p.m.

The remains of late Wijesiri will be at the Wattegama Urban Council from 10.30 a.m. to 01 p.m. Late Mr. Wijesiri was Chairman of the Urban Council until he entered the Central Provincial Council.

Mr. Wijesiri passed away on Tuesdays (24) at the age of 52 years.
