President Mahinda Rajapaksa has worshipped at the hill
shrine of Lord Venkateswara in Tiripati, Andra Pradesh over the weekend
The President, accompanied by a dozen officials and
security personnel had reached Tirumala on Friday, the sources said
staying at Sri Padmavathi Guest House on the hills.
Ministerial sources said the visit was private and the
delegation was expected to return today. Indian has provided heavy
security to the Sri Lankan President (SF).
