The ground breaking ceremony at the special economic zone at Mirigama was held last week. The zone is primarily intended to be an exclusive investment zone for Chinese entrepreneurs. The chief guest on the occasion was Minister of Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion, Dr. Sarath Amunugama. Deputy Director General (Infrastructure) L.D.
