The Sugathadasa Sports Complex Employees Union has complained to the Minister of Sports that a high official in the Sports Complex was in the habit of harassing minor employees and was misusing his authority.

They have complained that when employees request their just demands they have been penalized by transferring them to other places of work, overtime reduced and was in the habit of finding fault unnecessarily, the Union had complained. This has reduced the capacity of performance of the employees, the Union further said.

The Union further urged the Minister to look into the matter and take immediate remedial action before activities in the complex get crippled.
