Ibrahim Hamid attended an IRB Judicial workshop organized by the Asian Rugby Football Union on September 13, conducted by Tim Gresson (Chairman, IRB Judicial Panel). The countries who were represented were: Arabian Gulf, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Laos, Philippines and Sri Lanka. |
