PERERA - Maj. Gen. Janaka RWP, RSP, VSV, USP - Died
under tragic circumstances. Dearly beloved husband of late Vajira, loving
father of Janik, Janukshi, Shehara and Ashanka, son of late Arthur Perera
and Mrs. Mavis Perera, loving brother of Lalith, late Sriyani, Prithi and
Ajith, brother-in-law of Kanthi, Tilaka, Sherine, Lilanthi, Anoma
Premachandra and late Lt. Upul de Silva, son-in-law of Mrs. Pearly de
Silva & Late Victor de Silva. The remains will be lie at his residence at
Priman Mawatha, Anuradhapura from Wednesday 8th October 11.00 a.m. to
Thursday 9th October 5.00 p.m. and thereafter the remains will be brought
to No. 89/5, Poorwarama Road, Kirulapone, Colombo 5. The cortege
will leave the residence at 3.15 p.m for cremation with full military
honours on Saturday 11th October at 5.00 p.m. at the Crematorium, General
Cemetery, Kanatte.
