Roads connecting Parliament and the Kollupitiya Junction will be closed for half an hour from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. during the opening and closing sessions from today (21), till Friday (24), due to security reasons, police announced yesterday.
