A survey conducted by eight leading newspapers in the world has revealed an overwhelming support for Obama. In Switzerland, 80 percent supported Obama and only 7 percent supported McCain, and in Canada it was 70 percent to 14 percent, mind you this is a country McCain always wanted to have close trade pacts.

 The month of September saw that Obama raised $ 150 million as election fund, average contribution being $ 86. This is an all time record. Then he went on to create another record by attracting 100,000 people for his rally in Missouri, a Republican territory, another all time record.

 In the meantime, the Republican former Secretary of State in Bush’s administration Colin Powell has openly endorsed Obama and said that he is the sensible choice at a time they need a drastic change in America.
