The Examinations Department has decided to change the
Mannar venues designated for the forthcoming GCE O Level examination.
THe candidates sitting the examinations at the assigned 10
centres will be assigned to other centres near Kilinochchi.
According to the Commissioner of Examinations Anura
Edirisinghe this was decided upon after reports received by the education
authorities in the district showed that the ten centres were not conducive
to holding the examination.
