Monday 01st December 2008. Taj Airport Garden Hotel Seeduwa recently unveiled its festivities for the forthcoming Christmas and New Year holiday season. Celebrations commence with the special Christmas "Gingerbread House" in the Hotel lobby and at the Drive-in in front of the hotel on Monday 10th December.
"This is one of the first signs that Christmas is around the corner. The Gingerbread House will be filled with festive delicacies and goodies such as chunky Chocolate Yule Logs, butter soft Breudhers, Mince Pies, Christmas Puddings, Cakes, Cookies etc. Snow faded Christmas trees and the strains of Yuletide music in the air will enliven the ambiance in no small measure", the Hotel’s genial General Manager Mathew Thomas said.
The Kiddies Christmas Carnival on Saturday 13 December invites children of all ages to an evening of unlimited fun and games, partying and playing. Lots of fun and laughter, loads of games, yummy Christmas goodies gifts galore, fun games for mum and dad too, while Santa Claus joins in with gifts for everyone. Enjoy your favourite Cartoon Shows ... watch spell bound as our Magician transports you into another world with his magic wand ... play with Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Rabbits, Clowns . - . hunt for hidden treasure in the jungles., All this and more while you dig into hot popcorn, melting-in-the-mouth candy floss, burgers, pizzas, submarine sandwiches, guzle down milkshakes! ! -
A gala and traditional Christmas Eve Dinner unfolds on December 24th at the Society Coffee Shop with an extensive dinner buffet including an array of mouth watering Christmas delicacies like roasted stuffed turkey, smoked ham, duck in orange sauce. If your taste buds have an Oriental inclination, an equally special menu pampers you at the Golden Dragon Chinese Specialty Restaurant where a complimentary glass of house wine will also be served.
Christmas Day Lunch is also a memorable occasion for the whole family with a special Christmas Day Buffet Lunch at the Society Coffee Shop. Bask in the glory of Christmas sunshine as our chefs take you through a culinary delight of mouth watering buffet delicacies.
