Health Minister Nimal
Siripala de Silva leaves for Thailand today (10), to attend an annual
conference of its Health Officials. The Minister who is also the Chairman
of the Executive Committee of the WHO will participate in the two-day
conference which begins tomorrow (11).Spokesman for the Health Ministry
said the Minister would proceed to Hanoi, Vietnam to participate in the
annual summit of the South East Asian Forum of Parliamentarians commencing
on Saturday (13). He is scheduled to deliver a talk on ‘Climate Change and
