In this crisis, we should push for Reform of our Economic System. Companies with similar products should come together with a massive R&D Budget. The EDB and IDB should be given a very large budget to co-ordinate and market and R&D. We must increase the training and retraining of people, using Commuter aided Training Machines. This should be after evaluating market demand for workers. The National Apprenticeship  Board should be given a much increased budget. The jobs should be increased as well as Work Study Practitioners. Productivity practitioners should be trained. Companies must share resources.
