The BBC yesterday reported that a group of US surgeons, operating on a brain tumour in new born baby boy had found a tiny foot inside his head.

Three-day-old Sam Esquibel had undergone surgery due to a microscopic tumour detected on an MRI scan.

Surgeons while removing the growth had found a nearly perfect foot and the partial formation of another foot, a hand and a thigh, BBC said.

This condition is said to be called "foetus in foetu" in which a twin begins to form within its sibling.
