Ratepayers in the city can direct any complaint or suggestion to the Colombo Municipal Council by ringing 115, a CMC press release said.

Any information conveyed to this number would be directed to the particular department of the CMC for necessary action, CMC Special Commissioner H. Sumanapala said yesterday.
