Former UDA (Urban Development Authority) Chairman Prasanna Gunawardena has been appointed Chairman of the newly established Urban Settlement Development Authority. Prasanna Gunawardena receives his letter of appointment from his brother Urban Development Minister Dinesh Gunawardena on Thursday (15). Housing Minister Mrs. Ferial Ashraff, Dr. P.
