Celebrate Chinese New Year in grand style
at Trans Asia Hotel

Witness and partake in a feast of typical Singaporean dishes in one buffet any evening at Long Feng, the elite eatery of Singaporean cuisine at Trans Asia Colombo till 31st January.

Chef Zi Quiang Zan fondly known as Jason takes pride in presenting his new menu with an extravagant food spread priced at an unbelievable Rs.1200 per person.

Cuttlefish with spicy garlic sauce, Spicy prawn with mango salad, Green bean salad with roasted sesame, Homemade Kim chi, Bean curd ball, Seafood cream soup will give you a sensational start before you savour the main dishes like Crispy chicken in chilli powder, Wok fried lamb in black pepper sauce, Wok fried prawn in Singapore chilli sauce, Singapore style fish curry, Wok fried mixed vegetable in garlic sauce and Seafood fried rice.

Taste some rare desserts like Kuwy lapis, Peasang goring, Onda onda, Matha jambu and Geylan custard which will give you a feeling of a completely satisfying meal.

This buffet is a first for Long Feng, and all diners can have a glass of red or white wine which will be served on the house. On 26th January, all diners will be given lucky coins, fortune cookies and mandarin fruits brining out the simple traditions of Chinese New Year Celebrations.
