Two directors of Ceylinco Housing and Real Estate Company PLC have resigned at the end of January while a third has retired from The Finance Company PLC, a member of the Ceylinco group, with effect from January 22.

The directors who have resigned are Mr. Sanka Wijesinghe with effect from January 27 and Mr. Sujeewa Goonawardena from the same company on January 28 while Mr. S.P.G. Diyabalanage has retired from The Finance Company according to information submitted to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The Nuwara Eliya Hotels Company has announced the appointment of Mr. L.N. de Silva Wijeyeratne to its board from January 22 while Mr. V.J. Alahendra has been appointed to the Ceylinco Finance from January 26.

Mr. M.V. Muhsin has resigned from JKH with effect from March 1. He joined the board last year and served for a period of a few months.
