Resettlement and Disaster Relief Minister Rischard A. Bathuideen, Nation Building Minister S. M. Chandrasena, the Vavuniya District Secretary, Mrs. P. S. M. Charles and military and the high ranking police and military officers of the area also participated at the occasion.
