Thousands of depositors whose money had been allegedly defrauded by ‘Danduwam Mudalali’ have formed an association to take collective action and seek redress.

The patrons of the association are Ven. Pugoda Thilakawansa thera, Southern Provincial Council member Devaka Weerasinghe. S. Sunil and B.M.Gnanasiri were appointed as secretary and treasurer respectively.

The membership of the association is around 3500.

The members have also opened a bank account to meet the legal expenses of the litigants.
