Minister of Health Addresses the Global Forum of HIV/AIDS in Kathmandu
The Parliamentary Seminar on HIV Policy for Kathmandu Declaration of Action was held at the Kathmandu last week. It was organized by the Parliamentarians for Global Action. Nimal Siripala de Silva, Minister of Healthcare and Nutrition and Chairman of the WHO Executive Board addresses the forum. The Country agent from the Philippines is also in the picture.
