Ceylon Tobacco Company (CTC) is now in the process of
liquidating four subsidiaries – CTC Briquettes, CTC Exports Limited., CTC
Leaf Exports Limited. and Advent International Limited.
Following the completion of such liquidation, the company
will have only one subsidiary, CTC Services Limited.
The company has four expatriates on its senior management
including Mr. Mustanser Ali Khan, a Pakistani who is the CTC’s CEO, a
Malaysian, Bruce Jalleh who is the Finance Director, Mr. Mobasher Raza
from the Pakistan Tobacco Company where he is Finance Director and Deputy
Managing Director Mr. Gerson Pesoa, the Supply Chain Director.
