Peshala’s mother had given prior written warning to doctors who administered the Rubella vaccine that the child was subject to certain allergies.

Despite the fact that the girl had handed that letter to the doctors she had been the first to be vaccinated.

The letter said that the Peshala was allergic to certain food and medicine and she could not partake of any food containing milk. "Please check and verify before giving her the vaccination," the mother had requested the doctors in her letter.
