Matara High Court Judge Preethi Padman Surasena yesterday sentenced a youth who had stabbed his mother’s paramour to death to two years rigorous imprisonment, suspended for ten years, .

The suspect H. G. Shanthakumara (25), is from Waralla, Deniyaya.

The deceased was 49 year old H. G. G. Dayawansa of Kudalumula, Deniyaya.
